Two TUPD officers countersued the university after refusing to reimburse the school for training and equipment expenses.
Ellie Schilling files Fair Labor Standards Act collective action against Tulane for abusive wage and hour practices by TUPD with the use of blatantly unlawful contracts to try to force former rank-and-file TUPD officers to repay all the wages they had already earned. Tulane’s motion to dismiss the suit was denied.
